The weather is cooling down and the crisp fall air is upon us, but the holiday season is just heating up. In the month of October, Halloween is a timely opportunity to showcase your well thought out costumes you’ve been thinking about all year. You could say Halloween is the funnest holiday of the year – the candy, the fun, the costumes, the parties. Most importantly the parties. Although Halloween falls on a Tuesday this year, that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the fun during your work day. Wanting to know where all the hot spots are for Halloween weekend? FRIDAY: OCTOBER 27, 2017
SOUTHSIDE SOCIAL
Southside Social will be hosting their annual Halloween Blowout party! There will be a costume contest with the first place winner walking out with $200. Yep, you read that correctly so bring your A-game. Don’t have fomo – show up early. Cover charges will start at 9:00pm.
THE CAMP HOUSE
The Camp House on MLK Boulevard will be hosting their “Salsa On The Boulevard” friday night. Grab your friends, throw on your best costume, and dance the night away to your favorite Latin music! YES, it is a costume party so put on your Halloween best. Drink will be available and food will be available at nearby restaurants.
THE BITTER ALIBI
Not exactly sure what you want to do with your night? The Bitter Alibi can give you some options. They are closing down the street to let you dance inside or out! Teaming up with The Fix Lounge, they are for sure to bring you a good time with music, costume contests, drink and food specials, bobbing for apples, AND MORE.

Want something strange to start off your Halloween weekend? Well look no further and head over to Barley for their Hi Wire Tap Takeover and Stranger Things watch party! There will be some unique beers coming our way, and maybe there will be a waffle bar?? Party starts at 7!
MOCCASIN BEND BREWING COMPANY
Halloween is one of the favorite holidays of the brewery. Finally, the weird can go pro! For over 2 years, The Dead Ned High Gravity Series has been as absent from their tasting room as its namesake skeleton that once (literally) hung from our tasting room chandelier. They’ll tap both Dead Ned and the not so happy Sour Ned at 6:00 PM on Friday Oct 27th!

MOCCASIN BEND BREWING COMPANY
Didn’t get enough of Moc Bend from Friday night? Join them Saturday to try your hand (or voice) at Spooky Karaoke! On Saturday the 28th, they’ll have halloween candy for the kids and free halloween treats for dogs. Arrive in costume and they’ll reward you with freshly tapped Pumpkin Seed Pale! There’s much more where that came from! Stop on in for all things spooky!
BARLEY
Barley Chattanooga is hosting a costume party that will be what legends are made of. You can’t become legend without epic beer, so they have invited us to join them for the night. Put on your best costume and get down to Barley at 6 pm to drink some beers and win some cool stuff!!

Join the The Tap House Saturday night from 7-10pm in bringing your best dance moves and most creative costumes for a Halloween dance party and costume competition. Music will be brought to by DJ DR GROOVE! You don’t want to miss out on this!

There’s something wicked on Station Street and it’s not all the AWESOME live performances they’ll be having Saturday night! Join them for their first annual Something Wicked on Station Street! Come dressed in your Halloween best and sign up for our costume contest! Food will be provided and The Midnight Puff will have a hookah lounge on the Revelry Room patio!
