Cinco de Mayo. This Saturday. To commemorate the Mexican Army’s difficult victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla on May 5th, 1862. Bet you didn’t know that….aight well let’s drink to it. Here’s a list of a few events in Huntsville you can find on The House on Saturday.

Humphrey’s

10am to close.

Come out and celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style with Humphrey’s Bar & Grill! We will have margarita and Tecate specials and a Mexican inspired menu in addition to our regular menu. Winslow Davis plays brunch at 11 with $3 mimosas and $4 Bloody Marys, Ally Free takes the patio stage at 3pm, followed by DJ Matt Wake spinning cool tunes at 6:30. Josh Allison. and the Corner Pocket finishes the night off with a 10pm show! Party downtown at Humphrey’s– where there is never a cover charge!!

Das Stahl Bierhaus

7pm to 9pm

It’s Cinco de Mayo & we’re going to have some very fun things going on here at the Bierhaus. We’ll be serving up some special radlers, a mix of Good People’s Muchacho lager and a variety of Jarritos Mexican sodas. We’ll also have some chips and salsa, as well as a raffle going on with lots of random prizes. Stick around for a special chance to take a whack at the piñata and take home the final prize!

Join us for Cinco de Mayo with 1/2 off Cuestion Tequila Margaritas! Joining us this evening will be Cuestion Spirits Company CEO, Jason Fandrich. Try this award winning tequila neat or in your favorite cocktail.

4pm to 8pm:

Taco. Festival. We’re hosting one cause…why not. Cinco de Mayo seems like the perfect day, too. Featuring Fire and Spice Taco truck and a few more Taco favorites.
